For God's Sake
by Mike Keating on Friday, 9th of May 2014

Last [Tuesday] night we were blessed to have a multi-millionaire business come and share his story and some wisdom on life. Pastor Karen and the team did an outstanding job in providing a quality environment to network and share with people committed to being successful for God’s sake.

One of the enemy’s strongholds in the City of Armadale is trapping people into negative patterns on failure. It’s like Armadale is the place for losers. The evil one tries to keep people useless and dependent on bad habits, substances, and handouts. He does not want people to get saved, and he does not want them to get strong. John Sikkema has an amazing story of success and then finding true significance by living out God’s plan for His life. John talks about God’s bucket list for every person (Eph. 2:10) and how so many people plan for holidays, plan for retirement, plan for kids, but have no plan for their Christian calling and mission on planet earth.

So …

For God’s sake, succeed! God needs you strong and courageous (Jos 1.1-10)

For God’s sake, get wealthy! God needs you to help finance the work of God (Deu. 8:18)

For God’s sake, get mobilised! God has designed you with purpose (2 Tim. 1:6-7)

For God’s sake, master your stuff! God has given you the ability to conquer (Rom. 8.37)

For God’s sake, get over your past! God has given you a better future (1 Chron.4.9-10)

For God’s sake, be happy! God has given you the ability to be content in all circumstances (Phil. 4:13)

For God’s sake, be strong, be courageous and be your best.

Here is a link to an incredible testimony by Gabby Gifford who survived a gunshot to the head. Be inspired.

Warm Regards.
