About South Side CareSouthside Care is a government/church funded charity that exists to help those in our community who are disadvantaged by age, health, disability or crisis. We provide a Day Centre for frail age and those living with disability in our brand new centre in Kelmscott in Gillam Drive directly behind the church. We are able to arrange transport to and from the centre and provide a range of other services including advocacy, in-home assistance and financial counselling.
